Cancellation Policy

Business Hours Regular business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Appointments scheduled before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM are considered Extended Hours Appointments and include a $30 Extended Hours Fee. Extended hours are offered in limited availability to provide additional scheduling flexibility. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time — or no-shows — will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to allow the opportunity for other clients to book that slot. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business.
